PMS, channel manager and website
Lodgify
What it does
Runs your property management, keeps channel calendars in sync and provides a direct booking website that takes payments.
How we use or test it
In use across our own properties. Structured testing is under way, results are not complete.
What we can currently say
- It is the system we use to keep availability in one place rather than updating channels by hand.
- It combines a booking website and a channel manager, which removes one of the common sync problems.
What we cannot yet conclude
- We have not measured the revenue effect of moving to it, so we make no revenue claim.
- We have not compared it head to head with other systems on the same portfolio.
Who it may suit
Operators running more than one channel who currently update calendars manually, and operators who want a booking-capable website connected to the same calendar.
Where it is not the answer
Single-channel operators with one property, where the added cost usually is not justified by the sync problem it solves.
If you already pay for it
If you already pay for Lodgify, the question is set-up rather than purchase. Check whether the channel connections and website calendar are actually live before adding anything else.
Cost

Commercial relationship
Paid commercial relationship. We have a paid commercial relationship with Lodgify. It funds testing. It does not decide what we publish.
No tracked commercial link is in place, so the link below is the plain website.
