We use a UK/EU-compliant data platform, encrypted transit, and role-based access controls. We do not sell your data.
Marketing emails are sent through MailerLite, which holds the definitive record of your subscription status. You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every email; once you do, MailerLite suppresses your address and no further marketing email is sent to you. Your scorecard results email is a transactional message and is sent whether or not you opt into marketing. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to us.
This is a starter policy while the platform is in its pre-launch phase. A full, formally reviewed policy will replace it before paid enrolment opens.
