We collect the personal information you give us, including your name, email, contact messages, historic interest-list answers, current stage and answers supplied through our existing tools or historic waitlists. We use it to manage your request, understand what hosts need and run our business.
We restrict access to personal information to people who need it to run the service. We do not sell your data.
Joining the YourSTR weekly email, or any historic YourSTR list, means signing up to receive the emails described beside that form. The consent wording and date are stored with your submission. You can unsubscribe at any time. Historic signup preferences remain unchanged. Operational messages connected to something you request may still be sent where necessary. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to us.
Weekly email. If you tick the weekly email box, we store your name, email, the consent wording you agreed to, when you agreed, the page you signed up on and any campaign (UTM) details. We add you to our email list in MailerLite, which sends the weekly email on our behalf. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also use our email preferences page.
Free tools. The current calculator, template and Operating Check access forms ask for your first name, email and explicit agreement to the weekly email. We record that consent and the tool requested, unlock the tool and send its copy or your own results where offered. Delivery attempts and errors are retained so failed sends can be resolved. The public STR Business Scorecard is currently unavailable; historical responses, results links and consent preferences are preserved.
If you previously joined a YourSTR interest list, that record and its consent wording are kept unchanged. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
