How we use or test it
Not yet tested in our own properties.
What we can currently say
- It addresses one specific problem: not holding the contact details of everyone who stays.
- Collecting details is only useful alongside a lawful basis and a reason to contact people again.
What we cannot yet conclude
- We have no results of our own, so we make no claim about repeat bookings.
- We have not verified its current pricing.

Operators with steady platform bookings who want to build a guest list for direct marketing.
Where it is not the answer
Anyone looking for a guest messaging inbox. This is data capture, not messaging, and it will not tidy up where guest conversations live.
